AI systems build answers from information they can find, connect and trust. When your company name varies, prices appear only in images or your service area is never stated clearly, there is room for missing or incorrect answers.
I check technical access, make business information consistent, improve key pages and test how your business appears in Google and selected AI assistants. This uses the same foundations as good SEO: crawlable pages, helpful content, source quality and verifiable evidence.

AIO is not paid placement in a chatbot, a list of one hundred AI-written pages or a guarantee of a brand mention.
An llms.txt file is experimental and not a proven ranking factor. It does not replace a sitemap, crawlable HTML, schema, original content or a reputation beyond your own domain.
External mentions must be earned and verifiable; I do not create fake sources or artificial citations. If your offering is unclear or proof is missing, markup will not fix it.

What is AI optimisation or AIO?
AIO structures and improves online information so AI systems can understand your business correctly and cite it where relevant. It covers clear facts, direct answers, entities, sources, internal consistency and technical schema data.
Is AIO the same as SEO?
Not exactly, but there is considerable overlap. Good technology, useful content, evidence and consistent business information help both search engines and AI answers. AIO places extra emphasis on citability and unambiguous entities.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will mention my business?
No. No agency controls the answers from ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity or other systems. I can check and improve the information they can find on your website and in reliable external sources.
What exactly will be changed?
For example: price and region data, answer blocks, FAQs, authorship, schema data, source references, consistent naming, internal links and pages that answer demonstrable questions in full.
How is AIO reported?
