Privacy policy

In short: I collect what you enter in a form yourself. If you select automated advice in the quote configurator, an AI processor analyses the source you provide along with your choices. This step is optional. I do not sell your data. This site does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

Who is responsible?

Studio 053 is a trading name of Pantry Lab B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95280898, with its registered office at Ariënsplein 1, 7511 JX Enschede. For anything related to your data, email reza@studio053.nl.

What data do I collect?

Only the information you enter when requesting a video scan through the contact form:

• your name
• your business name
• your email address
• your website or Instagram, if you provide it — this field is optional
• what you are struggling with: the copy you write yourself

If you enter your website, I'll review those pages to create the scan. That is public information; I do not record anything beyond what I show you in the video and PDF.

What happens with the optional AI advice?

In the quote configurator, you can have a website URL, Instagram name or short business description analysed. Once you explicitly click the analysis button, that source, your selected service and your answers are sent to Studio 053’s separate AI scan. The scan uses Anthropic to provide preliminary advice. You can always skip this step and simply continue.

To limit abuse and unexpected costs, Cloudflare stores a technical counter per IP address for up to one hour and a daily total for up to 24 hours. The automated response is provisional; Reza personally checks the final request. Do not submit special-category personal data, passwords or confidential business information through the AI step.

What do I use them for?

To create and send your video scan, price estimate or quote request, and to follow up where appropriate. Nothing more. I will not add you to a mailing list without asking, and I will not use your data for advertising.

The legal basis is your own request: you complete the form because you want something from me. In legal terms, this is called “performance of a contract or steps taken at your request” (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long do I keep them?

Twelve months after our last contact. I will then delete your message from my inbox. If it becomes a project, I will retain the records for as long as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration requires — seven years, with no exceptions.

Who else can access your data?

Only the providers I need to run the site and receive your message. They may not use your data for anything else:

• Web3Forms — processes the contact form submission and emails it to me
• Google Workspace — my email service; this is where your message arrives and remains
• Cloudflare — hosting, security and temporary rate-limit counters for the optional AI scan
• Anthropic — generates the optional automated advice in the quote configurator at your request

I do not share your data with anyone else unless legally required to do so.

Is data processed outside the EEA?

Some suppliers may process data from within or outside the European Economic Area. I choose business services with appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. Depending on the supplier, these may include an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The applicable route may change if a supplier alters its infrastructure or terms, so I review this periodically.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies, use advertising networks or track you across other sites. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to. If I add visitor statistics later, I will choose a solution that does not collect personal data and update this page before it goes live.

What rights do you have?

• Access: request the data I hold about you.
• Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
• Erasure: have your data deleted.
• Restriction: temporarily suspend its use.
• Objection: object to the processing.
• Data transfer: receive your data in a standard file format.

One email to reza@studio053.nl is enough; I will respond within a month, usually much sooner. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

The entire site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and has no database or login area — so there is little here to steal. Your message arrives in my inbox, which is protected by two-factor authentication.
