The Support Card is for those who do not want a monthly subscription but do need one familiar point of contact. You can use the three hours for changes, troubleshooting or small improvements, and after each block you receive a clear summary of the time spent and changes made.

Video reporting is only included in Partner and Growth. This keeps the package competitively priced without omitting the evidence.

How much does a Support Card cost?
A Support Card costs € 225 excluding VAT as a one-off fee. Everything listed above is included; I discuss any additional work with you in advance.
What reporting will I receive?
You receive a plain-English PDF report. Personal video reporting is deliberately reserved for the highest ongoing packages: Partner and Growth.
When would you advise against this package?
If the card is empty twice a year, Management is cheaper and includes monitoring and hosting; I will simply work that out for you.
Can we discuss it first?
Yes. Briefly tell me what you have and where it is going wrong. I will also tell you when a smaller package, standalone support or doing nothing is the wiser choice.
