Video helps when movement provides evidence: a mechanism works, fabric drapes, light reacts or a product needs to be viewed from every angle. In those cases, imagery removes doubt.
If one good photo makes your product completely clear, I advise against video. Your budget would be better spent on a consistent photo series or stronger product copy.

Agreed before the shoot
The quote specifies what will be filmed, how long editing will take and which versions you will receive. Extra filming days or a new creative direction are not revisions quietly included in the price.
15–30 seconds focused on one feature, material or movement. Web format plus a vertical social cut; one round of revisions to the edit and text.
9:16 as the starting point, with safe space for interface elements. Subtitles or on-screen text are agreed in the shot list beforehand.
A short film about the people, place and process. An interview, voice-over, multiple locations, drone footage and actors are included only if the quote lists them.
You receive agreed web and social formats, placement advice and usage rights for your own channels. Raw footage and paid music licences are listed separately.
About examples: I only publish a playable client video once permission has been granted and the final file is ready. Until then, I do not show an empty video player or a stock demo as if it were made by Studio 053.
